【摘要】:Thisclauseofpart1isapplicableexceptasfollows:1.1Replacement:ThispartofIEC60730appliestoautomaticelectricaltemperatureSENSINGCONTROLSforusein,onorinassociationwithequipmentforhouseholdandsimilaruse,includingELECTRICALCONTROLSforheating,air-conditioningandsimilarapplications.Theequipmentmayuseelectricity,gas,oil,solidfuel,solarthermalenergy,etc.,oracombinationthereof.Thispart2-9appliestoautomaticELECTRICCONTROLSusingNTCorPTCTHERMISTORS,additionalrequirementsforwhicharecontainedinannexJ.1.1.1Thispart2-9appliestoinherentsafetyandtoOPERATINGVALUES,OPERATINGTIMESandOPERATINGSEQUENCESwheresuchareassociatedwithequipmentsafety.ItappliesalsotothetestingofautomaticELECTRICALCONTROLdevicesusedin,orinassociationwith,householdorsimilarappliances.ExamplesofsuchcontrolsincludeBOILERTHERMOSTATS,FANCONTROLS,TEMPERATURELIMITERSandTHERMALCUT-OUTS.Thispart2-9doesnotapplytoautomaticELECTRICALCONTROLSdesignedexclusivelyforindustrialapplications.Thispart2-9isalsoapplicabletoindividualcontrolsutilizedaspartofacontrolsystemorcontrolswhicharemechanicallyintegralwithmultifunctionalcontrolshavingnon-electricaloutputs.AutomaticELECTRICALCONTROLSforequipmentnotintendedfornormalhouseholduse,butwhichneverthelessmaybeusedbythepublic,suchasequipmentintendedtobeusedbylaymeninshops,inlightindustryandonfarms,arewithinthescopeofthisstandard.1.1.2Thispart2-9alsoappliestotheelectricalsafetyoftemperatureSENSINGCONTROLSwithnon-electricaloutputssuchasrefrigerantflowandgascontrols.1.1.3Thispart2-9isalsoapplicabletocontrolsforapplianceswithinthescopeofIEC60335.Throughoutthispart2-9theword2equipment2includes2appliance2and2controlsystem2.1.1.4Thispart2-9appliestoMANUALCONTROLSwhentheseareelectricallyand/ormechanicallyintegralwithAUTOMATICCONTROLS.1.1.5Thispart2-9appliestoBI-METALLICSINGLEOPERATIONDEVICESasdefinedinthisstandard.1.2Replacement:Thispart2-9appliestocontrolswithaRATEDVOLTAGEnotexceeding660VandwithaRATEDCURRENTnotexceeding63A.1.3Replacement:Thispart2-9doesnottakeintoaccounttheRESPONSEVALUEofanAUTOMATICACTIONofacontrol,ifsuchaRESPONSEVALUEisdependentuponthemethodofmountingthecontrolintheequipment.WhereaRESPONSEVALUEisofsignificantpurposefortheprotectionoftheUSER,orsurroundings,thevaluedefinedintheappropriatehouseholdequipmentstandardorasdeterminedbythemanufacturershallapply.1.4Replacement:Thispart2-9appliesalsotocontrolsincorporatingelectronicdevices,requirementsforwhicharecontainedinannexH.
