【摘要】:1Thisdocumentappliesfor:—fillingmachineswithcylinderandpiston,—fillingmachineswithfeedintakehopper,feederandloadingdevice,—auxiliarymachinesforfillingmachines.Thisdocumentdoesnotapplytofillingmachineswithcylinderandmanualoperation.Thisdocumentdealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttomachines,appliancesandmachinery,whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeClause4).Thesesignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsexistduringthewholelifeoffillingmachines.ThisdocumentisnotapplicabletofillingmachinesandauxiliarymachineswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisdocumentbyCEN.Fillingmachinesdescribedinthisdocumentarenoforming,fillingandsealingmachinesasdescribedinEN415-3.Clippingmachinesarenotcoveredbythisdocument.2Thisdocumentcoversthefollowingtypesoffillingmachinesandauxiliarymachines:2.1Fillingmachineswithcylinder—Fillingmachineswithcylinderconsistofpiston,closingcover,machineframeaccessorydrivepartsandelectricalandhydrauliccomponents.—Thematerialbeingprocessedwillbefedbyhandintothecylinder.ThedistanceH1fromthefloor(standingarea)tothemiddleofthedischargeport(fillinghorn)is>975mm(seeFigure1).—Fillingmachineswithcylinderwillbeswitchedonoroffbyaknee-operatedleverswitch.—Fillingmachineswithcylindercanbefittedwith;—dividerslidevalve,—dividerrotatingvalve.2.2Fillingmachineswithfeedintakehopper—Fillingmachineswithfeedhopperintake(withorwithoutinfeedauger)consistoffeederondischargesideofthefeedintakehopper,machineframe,accessorydrivepartsandelectric,electronicorpneumaticcomponents,dependingonmachinetype.—Thematerialbeingprocessedwillbefedbyhandintothefeedinghopperofthefillingmachine.—Processingoflargerquantitiesoffillingmaterialandtheheightofthefillingmachinewithfeedintakehoppercanmakeitnecessarytoprovidealoadingdevice.Theloadingdeviceiscoveredbythisdocument.—ThedistanceH1fromthefloor(standingarea)tothemiddleofthedischargeport(fillinghorn)is>975mm(seeFigure2).—Fillingmachineswillbeswitchedonoroffbyknee-operatedleverswitchesorhandoperatedswitchesand/orremotecontrolsignals.—Fillingmachineswithfeedintakehoppercanbeequippedwith;—dividerdevice,—coverorphotoelectricguardatthemouthofthefeedintakehopper,—pressureactivatedtripbarorlightbarrieratthehopperedge,—dividedfeedintakehopper,—ploughorcounterauger,—interlockedsteporinterlockedladder,—twohandcontrolatthemouthofthefeedintakehopper,—loadingdevice.2.3Auxiliarymachines—Auxiliarymachinesconsistofdevicesforfilling,portioning,twisting,displacing,forming,mincingandofadrivesystem.—Auxiliarymachinesdonotoperateindependently.Thesemachineswillbeactuateddirectlyorbyfillingmachines(seeFigures3to9).—Auxiliarymachineswillbeswitchedonoroffbykneeoperatedleverswitchesorhandoperatedswitchesand/orremotecontrolsignals.—Auxiliarymachinescanbefittedwith;—dividingdevice,—hangingdevice.3IntendeduseDuringtheproductionofthisdocumentthefollowingassumptionsweremade:Fillingmachinesareinstalledinasufficientlylightedplace.Theareusedonlybydesignatedandskilledoperators.Fillingmachinesarenotforeseentobecleanedwithpressurizedwater(e.g.tapwater).
