【摘要】:ThispartofISO10791specifies,withreferencetoISO230-1,thegeometrictestsformachiningcentres(ornumericallycontrolledmillingmachines,boringmachines,etc.,whereapplicable)withintegralindexableorcontinuousuniversalheads(verticalZ-axis).ThispartofISO10791appliestomachiningcentreshavingbasicallysixnumericallycontrolledaxes,ofwhichthreearelinear(X,YandZ)upto2000mminlength,andthreearerotary(AorDandBonthehead,andC'onthetable).MovementsotherthanthosementionedareconsideredasspecialfeaturesandtherelevanttestsarenotincludedinthispartofISO10791.ThispartofISO10791describesgeometrictestsforthreepossibletypesofaccessoryuniversalheads,intheannexes:—annexA:Integraluniversal45°splitindexableheads(BandDaxes),withmechanicalindexingofthedifferentangularpositionsofthetwobodies(e.g.Hirthcouplings):therelevanttests(AG1toAG9)checkonlytheresultingpositionofthespindle;—annexB:Integraluniversalswivelheads(BandAaxes),withtwonumericallycontrolledrotaryaxesperpendiculartoeachother(testsBG1toBG7);—annexC:Integraluniversal45°splitcontinuousheads(BandDaxes),similartothefirsttypebutprovidedwithcontinuouspositioningofthetwonumericallycontrolledrotaryaxes:therelevanttests(CG1toCG7)checkallthegeometricfeatures(planesandaxes)whichcontributetotheresultingpositionofthespindle,excludingthepositioningaccuracyofthetworotaryaxes;thesetestscanalsobeusedforadeeperinvestigationonthe45°indexableheads,iftheirmovementsandlocksallowthis.ThispartofISO10791dealsonlywiththeverificationofaccuracyofthemachineanddoesnotapplytothetestingofthemachineoperation,whichshouldgenerallybecheckedseparately.Certaintestsconcerningtheperformanceofthemachineoperatingunderno-loadorfinishingconditionsareincludedinotherpartsofISO10791.

【摘要】:Thepresenceofoilandgreaseindomesticandindustrialwastewaterisofconcerntothepublicbecauseofitsdeleteriousaestheticeffectanditsimpactonaquaticlife.Regulationsandstandardshavebeenestablishedthatrequiremonitoringofoilandgreaseinwaterandwastewater.Thistestmethodprovidesananalyticalproceduretomeasureoilandgreaseinwaterandwastewater.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationoffluorocarbon-extractablesubstancesasanestimationofthecombinedoilandgreaseandthepetroleumhydrocarboncontentsofasampleofwaterorwastewaterintherangefrom0.5to100mg/L.Itistheuser''sresponsibilitytoassumethevalidityofthestandardforuntestedtypesofwater.1.2Thistestmethoddefinesoilandgreaseinwaterandwastewaterasthatmatterwhichisextractableinthetestmethodandmeasuredbyinfraredabsorption.Similarly,thistestmethoddefinespetroleumhydrocarbonsinwaterandwastewaterasthatoilandgreasewhichisnotadsorbedbysilicagelinthetestmethodandthatismeasuredbyinfraredabsorption.1.3Low-boilingorganicmaterialsarelostbyevaporationduringthemanipulativetransfers.However,theseevaporativelossesaregenerallymuchlowerthanthoseexperiencedwithgravimetricproceduresthatrequiresolventevaporationbeforetheresidueisweighed.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
