【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversfactory-madeplastic-linedferrousmetalpipe,fittings,andflangesintendedprimarilyforconveyingcorrosivefluids.Requirementsformaterials,workmanship,dimensions,design,fabrication,workingpressureandtemperatures,testmethods,qualificationrequirements,andmarkingsareincluded.1.1.1Thisspecificationdoesnotdefinethesuitabilityofdifferentlinermaterialstovariouschemicalandoperatingenvironments.Refertothemanufacturer'schemicalresistancedataforsuitabilityrecommendations.1.1.2Thisspecificationdoesnotincludeproductscoatedwithplastics.1.2Thisspecificationcoversplastic-linedpipe,flanges,andfittingsaslistedinTable1.PressurelimitationsshallbeinaccordancewithANSI/ASMEB16Standards,exceptreducedpressurelimitationsmaybeestablishedbythemanufacturer,consideringbothpressureandtemperaturelimitationsoftheferrousmetalhousingandthesealingabilityoftheliner.Note18212;Inthisspecification,propyleneplasticscoverthosematerialsdefinedasbothpolypropyleneplasticsandpropyleneplasticsinTerminologyF412.Bothmaterialsareidentifiedas"PP"ontheproduct.NotethatthisisatvariancewithTerminologyD1600,where"PP"istheabbreviationforpolypropylene.1.3Theplastic-linedflangedpipeandfittingassembliesarelimitedtotemperaturesshowninTable2.Endusersshouldconsultwithmanufacturersastothelikelyresultofusingaparticularlinedpipingcomponentattemperaturesbelowtheratedminimum.Note28212;Thetemperaturelimitationsarebasedonnoncorrosivetestconditions.Useinspecificaggressiveenvironmentsmayaltertemperaturelimitations.Insuchinstances,specifictemperaturelimitsshallbeestablishedbymutualagreementbetweenthepurchaserandthemanufacturer.1.4Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareprovidedforinformationonly.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
