【摘要】:Theaccuracyofairpollutionmeasurementsisdirectlydependentuponaccuratecalibrations.Suchmeasurementsgainaccuracyandcanbeintercomparedwhenthemeasurementproceduresaretraceabletonationalmeasurementstandards.Thisguidedescribesproceduresforenhancingtheaccuracyofairpollutionmeasurementswhichmaybespecifiedbythoseorganizationsrequiringtraceabilitytonationalstandards.1.1ThisguidecoverstwoproceduresforestablishingthepermeationrateofapermeationtubeanddefiningtheuncertaintyoftheratebycomparisontoNationalInstituteofStandardsandTechnology''sStandardReferenceMaterials(SRM).1.2ProcedureAconsistsofadirectcomparisonofthepermeationrateofthedeviceundergoingcalibrationwiththatofanSRM.1.3ProcedureBconsistsofagravimetriccalibrationprocessinwhichacertifiedpermeationtubeisusedasaqualitycontrolforthemeasurements.1.4Bothproceduresarelimitedtothecasewhereasuitablecertifiedpermeationdeviceisavailable.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.(See8.2onSafetyPrecautions.)
