【摘要】:ThispartofISO8230specifiessafetyrequirementsfordry-cleaningmachinesthatexclusivelyuseperchloroethylene(hereinafterknownas“perc”)astheircleaningmedium.Itisapplicabletosuchdry-cleaningmachines,withinthescopeofISO8230-1,whentheyareusedasintendedandunderconditionsofmisusethatarereasonablyforeseeablebythemanufacturer.Itisnotapplicableto:-open-circuitdry-cleaningmachines;-transfermachines.situationsandsignificanthazardouseventsthathavebeenidentifiedasbeingsignificanttothetypesofmachinescoveredbythispartofISO8230andwhichrequirespecificactionbythedesignerormanufacturertoeliminateorreducetherisk.Itdealswiththefollowingsignificanthazardsspecifictotheuseofperc,whichcanleadtotheinhalationofunhealthyvapours,toperccontactwiththeskin(includingofthefeet)oreyesofthemachineoperatorandthoseofotherpersonnelandmembersofthepublic,aswellastowaterandgroundcontamination:a)percemissiontotheworkroom,seepageintothegroundandsewerduringoperationandmaintenanceofthewaterseparator;b)percemissionresultingfromoperation,cleaningandmaintenanceofthedistillinginstallation.ThispartofISO8230appliestomachinesmanufacturedafterthedateofitsissue.
