【摘要】:Part1ofthisseriesspecifiestheapplicationinterfacetoSmartCardsduringtheusagephase,usedasSecureSignatureCreationDevices(SSCD)accordingtotheTermsoftheEuropeanDirectiveonElectronicSignature1999/93toenableinteroperabilityandusageasSSCDonanationalorEuropeanlevel.ThisdocumentdescribesthemandatoryservicesfortheusageofSmartCardsasSSCDsbasedonCENCWA14890(allparts).Thiscoversthesigningfunction,storageofcertificates,therelateduserverification,establishmentanduseoftrustedpathandchannel,requirementsforkeygenerationandtheallocationandformatofresourcesrequiredfortheexecutionofthosefunctionsandrelatedcryptographictokeninformation.TherebythefunctionalityofCWA14890-1isenhancedinthefollowingareas:?DeviceauthenticationwithEllipticCurves(ELC)forexistingasymmetricauthenticationprotocols(RSATransport,PrivacyProtocol),?Enhancementofexistingasymmetricauthenticationprotocolsduetoprivacyandnon-traceabilityconstraints,?CardVerifiable(CV)CertificateFormats(selfdescriptive)withELCforalltypesofauthenticationandauthorizationprotocols,?SecureMessagingTagsanduseofcommandswithOdd-INSCodeincompliancetotheactualISO/IEC7816-4,?Furtherhashalgorithms(SHA2–family)withcorrespondingObjectidentifierandAlgorithmreferences,?UseofAESinauthenticationprotocols,?UseofAESforsecuremessaging.Thefollowingitemsareoutofscope:1)Thephysical,electricalandtransportprotocolcharacteristicsofthecard,2)Theexternalsignaturecreationprocessandsignatureenvironment,3)TheelementsrequiredtoverifyanelectronicsignatureproducedbyacardusedasaSSCD,4)Theerrorhandlingprocess.
