【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoverscrosslinkedpolyethylene(PEX)tubingthatincorporatesanoptionalpolymericinner,middleorouterlayerandthatisoutsidediametercontrolled,madeinnominalSDR9tubingdimensionratiosexceptwerenoted,andpressureratedforwateratthreetemperatures(seeAppendixX1).Includedarerequirementsandtestmethodsformaterial,workmanship,dimensions,burstpressure,hydrostaticsustainedpressure,excessivetemperaturepressure,excessivetemperature-pressure,environmentalstresscracking,stabilizerfunctionality,bent-tubehydrostaticpressure,oxidativestabilityinpotablechlorinatedwater,anddegreeofcrosslinking.Requirementsfortubingmarkingsarealsogiven.1.2Thetextofthisspecificationreferencesnotes,footnotes,andappendixeswhichprovideexplanatorymaterial.Thesenotesandfootnotes(excludingthoseintablesandfigures)shallnotbeconsideredasrequirementsofthespecification.1.3Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.1.4Thefollowingsafetyhazardscaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethodsportion,Section7,ofthisspecification:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
