【摘要】:ThisPartofIEC60317specifiestherequirementsofenamelledroundcopperwindingwireofclass200withadualcoating.Theunderlyingcoatingisbasedonpolyesterorpolyesterimideresin,whichmaybemodifiedprovidingitretainsthechemicalidentityoftheoriginalresinandmeetsallspecifiedwirerequirements.Thesuperimposedcoatingisbasedonpolyamideimideresin.Class200isathermalclassthatrequiresaminimumtemperatureindexof200andaheatshocktemperatureofatleast220°C.ThetemperatureindegreesCelsiuscorrespondingtothetemperatureindexisnotnecessarilythatatwhichitisrecommendedthatthewirebeoperatedandthiswilldependonmanyfactors,includingthetypeofequipmentinvolved.Therangeofanominalconductordiameterscoveredbythisstandardisasfollows:–Grade1:0,050mmuptoandincluding2,000mm;–Grade2:0,050mmuptoandincluding5,000mm.ThenominalconductordiametersarespecifiedinClause4ofIEC60317-0-1.
