【摘要】:ThisPubliclyAvailableSpecification(PAS)specifiesrequirementsforautomotivevehicle(vehicle)damagerepairprocessesundertakenatfixedfacilitiesorthroughprovisionofamobileserviceandincludesrequirementsfor:repairprocesses;competenceofpersonnel;toolsandequipment;partsandcontrolledconsumables;repairprocessmanagement;qualitycontrol.ThisPASalsoincludesrequirementsfordeclarationsofconformitytoitsprovisions.ThisPAScoverstheremovalandrefittingorreplacementofwindscreens,othervehicleglazingandmechanicalpartsundertakenaspartofthevehicledamagerepairprocess.PAS125doesnotcovermotorcycles(withorwithoutsidecars),3wheeledvehiclesorvehiclesover5tonnesGVW.ThisPASexcludeswindscreenrepairundertakenasaseparateactivity,forwhichthereisacodeofpractice,BSAU242a.
