【摘要】:Thisdocumentsetsoutthesafetyrelatedperformancerequirementsandspecifiesthemethodsforeliminationofhazardsorthemeasuresthatshallbetakentominimisehazards,whichcannotbeeliminated,onchipanddustextractionsystemswithfixedinstallationasdefinedin3.1.1and3.1.2,forthepurposeofthisstandard,hereinafterreferredtoasextractionsystem,connectedtowoodworkingmachines,designedtoprocesssolidwood,chipboard,fibreboard,plywoodandalsothesematerialswherethesearecoveredwithplasticlaminateoredgings.Theextractionandconveyingsystemoperatespneumaticallybyvacuumand/orpressurebetween±0,3bar.Thisstandarddoesnot:a)applytofixedinstallationswithanairflowcapacitybelow6000m3h-1installedindoors;b)applytomoveableunitswithanairflowcapacitybelow6000mh;c)applytoextractionequipment(e.g.extractionhoods,ducts)withinawoodworkingmachinei.e.uptoandincludingtheoutlettowhichtheextractionsystemiscoupled;d)applytoextractionsystemsconnectedtomachinesprocessingnon-woodmaterials,suchasplastic,plasticlaminates,metals,glassorstone;e)dealwiththehazardsfromcontactwithorinhalationofdustsfromwoodcoatedwithlacquer,plastic,aluminiumandmaterialwithhighadditivecontentsorsimilar;f)dealwithshopfreshairsupply;g)applytochipanddustextractionsystemsdesignedforKstvaluesabove200barms;h)applytothesilodischargesystem;i)coverthehazardsrelatedtoElectromagneticCompatibility(EMC)asrequiredbytheEMCDirective89/336/EECdated3-5-89.Thisdocumentdealswiththeinteractionwiththesilodischargesystemifany.ThisdocumentcoversthehazardsrelevanttothesemachinesasstatedinClause4documentDirective94/9/ECconcerningequipmentandprotectivesystemsintendedforuseinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospherescanbeapplicabletothetypeofmachineorequipmentcoveredbythisdocument.ThepresentstandardisnotintendedtoprovidemeansofcomplyingwiththeEssentialHealthandSafetyRequirements(EHSR)ofDirective94/9/EC.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletomachineswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofitspublicationasEN.
