【摘要】:1.1ThispartofthisEuropeanStandardappliestothedesignandmanufactureofwelded,simpleunfiredpressurevesselsmanufacturedinseries,withasinglecompartment,hereinafterreferredtoasvessels,theessentialsafetyrequirementsofwhicharegiveninAnnexG.Itonlyappliestovesselsthat:a)includefabricationbywelding,butsomedesignscanentailtheuseofbolts;b)haveasimplegeometryenablingsimple-to-useproductionprocedures;thisisachievedbyeither:1)acylindricalpartofcircularcross-sectionclosedbyoutwardlydishedand/orflatendswhichrevolvearoundthesameaxisasthecylindricalpart;or2)twooutwardlydishedendsrevolvingaroundthesameaxis;c)havebranchesnotlargerindiameterthan0,5ofthediameterofthecylindertowhichtheyarewelded.1.2Itappliestovesselswhichareintendedtocontainairornitrogenwhicharenotintendedtobefiredandwhichoperatewithinthefollowingconstraints:a)subjectedtoaninternalgaugepressuregreaterthan0,5bar;b)thepartsandassembliescontributingtothestrengthofthevesselunderpressuretobemadeeitherofnon-alloyqualitysteelorofnon-alloyaluminiumornon-age-hardeningaluminiumalloys;NOTEInthispartofthestandard,theterm“aluminium”coversnon-alloyaluminiumandaluminiumalloys.c)themaximumworkingpressureisnotgreaterthan30bar.Theproductofthemaximumworkingpressureandthecapacityofthevessel(PSV)isgreaterthan50barlbutdoesnotexceed10000barl.Below50barl,useofthisstandardisconsideredtofulfiltherequirementsofsoundengineeringpractice;d)theminimumworkingtemperatureisnotlowerthan50C,andthemaximumworkingtemperatureisnothigherthan300Cforsteeland100Cforaluminiumoraluminiumalloyvessels.Itdoesnotapplytovesselsspecificallydesignedfornuclearuse,tovesselsspecificallyintendedforinstallationin,orthepropulsionof,shipsandaircraft,nortofireextinguishers.Thestandarddoesnotapplytotransportationvesselsnortovesselswhichalsocontainsubstancesotherthanairornitrogenwhichcouldadverselyaffecttheirsafety.Forvesselsdesignedtocontaincompressedairforthebrakingsystemsofroadvehiclesandtheirtrailers,seealsoEN286-2.Forvesselsdesignedtocontaincompressedairforthebrakingsystemsofrail-mountedvehicles,seealsoEN286-3andEN286-4.1.3Itappliestothevesselproper,fromtheinletconnectiontotheoutletconnectionandtoallotherconnectionsrequiredforvalvesandfittings.Ifbosses/pipesareused,therequirementsspecifiedhereinbeginorendattheweldwhereflanges,ifused,wouldhavebeenfitted.1.4Forthepurposesofcalculationsrequiredtobemadeinaccordancewiththisstandard,dimensionsareinmillimetres,pressuresareinbars(exceptwhereotherwisespecified),stressesareinnewtonspersquaremillimetreandtemperaturesareindegreesCelsius.

MIL-STD-2069, MILITARY STANDARD: REQUIREMENTS FOR AIRCRAFT NONNUCLEAR SURVIVABILITY PROGRAM (24 AUG 1961) (S/S BY MIL-HDBK-2069)., The survivability of an aircraft operating in an enemy threat environmentdepends on its design and on the emphasis placed on its survivabilitythroughout its life cycle. The cost of modern aircraft weapon systems,the aircraft and personnel attrition experienced in recent combat, andthe resulting loss of operational capability make survivability enhancementimperative.Significant advances in technology have been, and are being made whichprovide the potential to increase substantially the survivability ofexisting and future military aircraft in the nonnuclear threat environment.To obtain the maximum payoff from these technology advances, itis essential that the survivability design discipline be effectivelyimplemented throughout the life cycle of the aircraft weapon system.This standard was prepared in recognition of the need for a standardizedsystems approach to improving the survivability of military aircraft.The standard provides the requirements and guidelines necessary for theestablishment and conduct of aircraft survivability programs whilemaintaining the flexibility required by system acquisition programmanagers in the development of a survivability program compatible withthe needs of the procuring service and the scope of the system acquisitionprogram.
