【摘要】:Thisstandardappliestotheconstructionandoperationofmarinas,boatyards,yachtclubs,boatcondominiums,dockingfacilitiesassociatedwithresidentialcondominiums,multiple-dockingfacilitiesatmultiple-familyresidences,andallassociatedpiers,docks,andfloats.Thisstandardisnotintendedtoapplytoaprivate,non-commercialdockingfacilityconstructedoroccupiedfortheuseoftheownersorresidentsoftheassociatedsingle-familydwelling.1.1.1Thisstandardalsoappliestosupportfacilitiesandstructuresusedforconstruction,repair,storage,haulingandlaunching,orfuelingofvesselsiffireonapierwouldposeanimmediatethreattothesefacilities,orifafireatareferencedfacilitywouldposeanimmediatethreattoadockingfacility.1.1.2Thisstandardappliestomarinasandfacilities:(1)Servicingsmallrecreationalandcommercialcraft,yachts,andothercraftofnotmorethan300grosstons(2)NotcoveredbyNFPA307,StandardfortheConstructionandFireProtectionforMarineTerminals,Piers,andWharves;orNFPA30A,CodeforMotorFuelDispensingFacilitiesandRepairGarages1.1.3Norequirementinthisstandardshallbeconstruedasreducingapplicablebuilding,fire,andelectricalcodes.
